Delivery Areas We deliver across all major cities and towns in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.

Delivery Timeframes

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 working days
• Other cities & towns: 4–7 working days
• Remote areas: 7–10 working days 

Delivery Charges

• Standard items (table tops, small appliances): Rs 300–500
• Heavy items (cooking ranges, water heaters/geysers): Rs 800–1,500 depending on location
• Our team will confirm exact delivery charges before dispatch for heavy items
• Free delivery on orders above Rs 80,000

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will call to confirm before dispatch
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched

Heavy Appliance Delivery

• Cooking ranges and geysers require special handling
• Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item
• Ground floor delivery is included — additional charges may apply for upper floors
